Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Noah Travel Hub. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Our Return and Refund policy is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly, ensuring a smooth process for our customers.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged or not in its original condition, we may not be able to process your return. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have any concerns.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected]. In your email, include your order number, a brief description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. This will help ensure that your returned item is received by us. If we agree to cover the return shipping costs, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct product without delay. Remember to follow the return process outlined above to ensure a smooth transaction.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will require photos of the damage or defect to assist you further. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a full refund. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
